Decathlon Warrington part of Warrington Borough Councils Orford Park scheme, a redevelopment of over 50 acres of a former landfill site.  The scheme aim was to provide integrated community, sport, health, education and a commercial facility with excellent access and parking, including an array of indoor and outdoor facilities, such as walking and cycling paths including new grass sport pitches.

Achieving a BREEAM rating of Very Good this demonstrates that procurement of this rating can be done in a cost effective manner. Decathlon UK have now adopted BREEAM for all new development projects.
