Low flow showers and taps, low volume WCs and bathtubs. As part of wider BREEAM Communities project, non-potable water is used for irrigation
Solar water heating and solar street lighting reduces carbon, light pollution impact managed
Use of pre-fabricated concrete, waste segregated and recycled. Community recycling scheme for tenants, and internal space for household recycling
