Our consultations and engagement activities provide the best opportunity for you to tell us what you think about BREEAM and play a part in its continual development.

Infrastructure Consultation

We are bringing together two successful sustainability rating schemes – BREEAM and CEEQUAL – to create a single international best practice standard for civil engineering projects.

Home Quality Mark ONE Consultation

We have used the invaluable learning from HQM’s beta version to develop the new version, ‘HQM ONE’. Once finalised, it will be live in England, Scotland and Wales. Be part of the consultation and help shape the new standard before the 9th of February 2018.

UK New Construction 2018 Consultation

As part of its development cycle and evolution, we are updating the 2014 version of the UK New Construction scheme and launching a new version in 2018.

Strategic Ecology Framework Consultation

We are developing and implementing the SEF in response to stakeholder feedback identifying a need to carry out a strategic review of BREEAM’s approach to ecological assessment.

Landscape & Habitat Management Plans

We are seeking input from a range of industry professionals on the degree to which landscape and habitat management plans are effectively handed over  and their planned for performance / benefits realised in operation.
