The winners of the GRESB BREEAM Asia Awards announced

On the afternoon of March 3rd 2021, at the BRE China Awards and BREEAM 30th Anniversary, GRESB and BREEAM announced the winners for the inaugural GRESB BREEAM Asia Awards. The awards recognise the leaders in generating responsible investment in real estate in Asia.

Three awards were up for grabs at the event. The ‘Best Performing Entity’ award recognises the GRESB member who has the highest percentage and total number of Asian assets, using building certifications including BREEAM. Two Individual Leadership awards recognise the individuals who have demonstrated strong leadership and commitment in the field of sustainable development, and personally championed the cause of responsible real estate investments in Asia.

We are really pleased to have partnered with GRESB on these pioneering awards for the region. The range of excellent projects and particularly leadership in this years awards makes it even more of an achievement for our winners. We have and continue to see tremendous growth opportunity for BREEAM in Asia and look forward to engaging with our clients to continue the drive towards more sustainable buildings.
