BREEAM has assisted Lothbury in targeting improved tenant engagement by providing feedback on energy, water and waste use. It aims to improve the EPC rating of all assets as well as ensuring suitable sustainability targets are included in all new lease agreements and renewals. It also targets BREEAM ratings of ‘Very Good’ or higher on all new developments and refurbishments.
