When will I receive my order?
Please allow 21 working days from receipt of full payment for delivery. Payment is required in Pound Sterling in advance, either online or by invoice.

I have contacted you and not had a reply, why?
If you have not received a response within 48 hours of sending us you enquiry, please call BRE Customer Services on +44 (0)333 321 8811

Payment

How can I pay?
We accept secure credit card payments, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express via Stripe. Alternatively, you can request to be invoiced via the order form but please note that delivery time cannot be confirmed until we have received payment.

Why has my payment been refused?
Please contact your card issuer for details on why your card was declined.

Do you cover the cost of customs, duties, and taxes?
No. BRE Group is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees or any other charges resulting from delivery to the country specified on the order form by you.

Delivery

Can I ship to an address different than my billing address?
Yes. Enter the address you want to ship to in the shipping address fields at checkout.

What is the cost of Delivery?
For UK delivery 10% of your order value will be added for postage and packing.
For International deliveries 20% of your order value will be added for postage and packing.

I have ordered several items at once; will they arrive together?
This depends on what items you have purchased, as we use a number of different suppliers. So your items may arrive together or separately.
