BREEAM Projects online can be used by clients and assessors for building and managing your portfolio of assessed projects under the Communities, New Construction, HQM, Infrastructure and Refurbishment schemes.
BREEAM Assessors can log-in and manage their registered assessments and seamlessly submit reports for certification decisions. If you’re not an assessor you can register for a free account, which gives you access to pre-assessment tools so you can get an early indication how your project might perform when assessed against BREEAM standards.
BREEAM In-Use online can be used by clients and assessors to register and manage their existing BREEAM In-Use assessed assets online in quick, clear and dynamic way.
The system allows clients to register buildings and create a portfolio of assessed assets. it can be accessed by multiple users for the purpose of entering building details, completing BiU Questionnaires, viewing results and ultimately, applying for certification via a licensed BREEAM In-Use assessor.
The Knowledge Base is an online resource for all stakeholders involved in the practical application of the BREEAM and HQM technical standards. It provides assessment scenario and issue-specific principles and guidance for the application of scheme criteria. Content in the Knowledge Base should be viewed in conjunction with the relevant scheme’s technical manual and acted on with the advice of a licensed scheme assessor.
The BREEAM Wiki is a centralised library of guidance and best practice created not by BRE but by users and other key stakeholders of BREEAM schemes and tools, including HQM and CEEQUAL. The Wiki is hosted on the Designing Buildings Wiki and is free resource for all.
